Vivid is excited to have just launched it’s Staff Health & Wellbeing Program!
This program is all about YOU! We want Vivid to be a supportive and fun workplace that promotes balance, health and wellbeing.
As part of this program, we are taking part in the State government’s Achievement Program – an accreditation that we are working on with Echuca Regional Health. To get snapshot of the health and wellbeing of Vivid staff, you are invited to complete this survey. Everyone who completes the survey has the opportunity to win one of four $100 Coles Myer vouchers.
We are calling on staff to come forward to be Vivid Staff Champions to ensure that this program delivers what you want. If you want to see change at Vivid, if you are passionate about health and wellbeing or if you have ideas that would make Vivid the best possible place to work, then we would love for you to be a Vivid Staff Champion. The Champions will be meeting a few times a year to have input into the Health & Wellbeing Program and other staff events and programs, such as the Staff All In Day.

This program aims to assist our staff in dealing with work related or personal issues.
